Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore personal challenges, life transitions, and emotional concerns. It can be helpful when navigating relationship decisions, grief or loss, stress, anxiety, depression, or change, with a focus on building coping skills, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.

Children & Adolescents

Ages 5 to 17. Including a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, identifying strengths and weaknesses in a child’s development, cognitive strategies to build essential coping skills, process emotional issues, and helpful insight to equip your child to be successful.

Therapy for Couples

Couples counseling helps partners navigate challenges such as conflict, communication breakdowns, and concerns related to infidelity, finances, or parenting. It provides a supportive space for couples to strengthen understanding, improve communication, and build a healthier partnership.

Therapy for Trauma

EMDR therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression and panic disorders.

Therapy for Families

Family therapy supports families through change, conflict, and relational challenges within the family system. This may include nuclear or blended families, families of divorce, single-parent households, or extended caregivers, with sessions focused on communication, connection, and healthier family dynamics.

Substance Abuse
